A4, A3, 25×25 cm and 30×30 cm, portrait or landscape, in matte, uncoated, enhanced-uncoated or silk finishes.

Payment processing

Online payments are processed through Stripe. GAIST does not store full payment card details. Prices, taxes and shipping costs are shown during checkout where applicable.

Shipping and fulfillment

Physical products are produced after the order is placed. Delivery times depend on the product, destination country and fulfillment partner.

Returns

If a physical product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us with your order details and photos of the issue. Because customized products are made to order, returns for non-defective personalized goods may be limited by applicable law.

Refunds and disputes

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. If a refund is approved, it will normally be returned to the original payment method. For payment issues, please contact us before opening a payment dispute.

Cancellations

Orders for physical print-on-demand products may only be cancellable before production has started. Once production has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Legal or export restrictions

Products are offered only where legally permitted. Orders may be declined or cancelled if legal, payment, shipping or export restrictions apply.

Promotions

Promotional offers, discount codes or campaigns are subject to the terms shown with the relevant offer. Promotions may be time-limited, product-specific or region-specific.
